CRS Poland Local Chapter

Membership in the Polish chapter is open to students and graduates in fields such as pharmacy, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, engineering, cosmetology, and related disciplines.

Annual membership fees:

Student - 15 EUR
Academia member - 25 EUR
Non-academia member - 40 EUR

To join, please complete the membership application form and pay the applicable membership fee. Members can participate in the activities of the Association and its scientific events and benefit from discounted conference registration fees.

Join the conference

Abstract Submission

1.09.2026 - 31.10.2026

We invite participants to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations. Abstract submissions will be accepted from 1 September to 31 October 2026. Abstracts should be prepared using the provided ABSTRACT_TEMPLATE and saved using the following file naming convention: FIRSTNAME_LASTNAME_POSTER (or ORAL). The registration form is available via the provided link and under the “Abstract Submission” tab in the top menu of the website.

Presentation Formats

Conference participants will have the opportunity to present their research as oral or poster presentations. All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference Book of Abstracts. Oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes, including discussion. Posters should be prepared in portrait orientation, with a maximum size of 90 × 120 cm (A0 format). The official language of the conference is English.
